base_equation(t, coefficients)	Compute the base of a spline equation without knots.
conditional_knots(t, knots, coefficients)	Evaluate knots of a spline.
evaluate_cubic_spline(t, knot_locations, ...)	Evaluate a cubic spline with knots and coefficients on day t.
