Plot a distribution of maximum R-hat values.

Usage

plot_max_rhat_distribution(diagnostic_extrema, ymax = NULL)

Arguments

diagnostic_extrema

data frame of diagnostic extrema, as the output of extract_diagnostic_extrema(), collated via combine_outputs().

ymax

Clip the y axis to this value. If NULL, use the maximum value in the data. Default NULL

Value

The plot.
