Get a heatmap of the metadata of reasons for excluding forecasts from analysis

Usage

get_heatmap_metadata(metadata, type_of_analysis, fig_file_dir)

Arguments

metadata

a tibble of location -forecast date metadata

type_of_analysis

either "retro_comparison" or "hub_comparison"

fig_file_dir

string indicating where to save figs

Value

a ggplot object with a heatmap colored by reason for excluding
