TidyTree is a web application for rendering Phylogenetic Trees in-browser. No analysis performed by TidyTree is ever transmitted over the internet, making it safe for use with trees that contain Personally-Identifiable Information.

TidyTree was built by the Molecular Epidemiology and Bionformatics Team at the CDC in Atlanta.
