CDC Share IT Act - Metadata Browser

To make permanent corrections to your project's organization, contact email, or exemption status, you can add special markers to your repository's README.md file. The automated scanner will use these markers to override the existing values.

Instructions:

1. Navigate to the root directory of your source code repository.
2. Open the README.md file for editing.
3. Add one or more of the following markers anywhere in the file, each on its own line:

Org: NCCDPHP
Contact Email: chronic-shareit@cdc.gov
Exemption: exemptByAgencySystem
Exemption Justification: This code is used only within CDC infrastructure.

Once you commit this change to your repository's default branch, the metadata will be automatically updated during the next scan cycle.
